One thing that really sets the southern Vermont building community apart is the Sustainable Outreach Network (SEON). It is a groundbreaking organization that helps both building professionals AND building owners. SEON is really good at both the nitty-gritty details of building and renovating high performance homes (such as the SEON Builder Guild and its monthly meetings) but also big picture policy issues related to our built environment (such as SEON’s role in workforce development and building professional certification requirements.
